Reputation and Power System

I have just released the rep and power system on the forums. Here is some info about it.

You can only rep someone 5 times a day and you can only rep someone once per hour. Use your reps wisely! You can gain powers by posting a message on the forums.

message = 1 point (random messages just to gain powers will be deleted)
friend = 2 point (making new account will get your account banned and you will have to start over)
