Okay First The "B" Is Simply To Bold Your Letter (E.g:RUNEWINGS FTW)

Then The "I" Is To Simply Make Your Letters Italic (E.g: RUNEWINGS FUCKING OWN

The "U" Is To Underline Your Letters (E.g: RUNEWINGS

The "S" Is To Strike Your Letter To Simply Make It Looks Cooler.(E.g:RUNEWINGS)

The "Text Align Left" Is To Simply Make Your Text Goes On The Left.

(E.g: RUNEWINGS,RUNEWINGS,RUNEWINGS

The "Text Align Center" Is Simply To Center Your Text.

(E.g:
The "Text Align Right" Again Is Simply To Make Your Text Goes To The Right.

The "Justify Text" Is To Simply Justify The Text, Duh Lol.

The "List" Thing..Tbh I don't really know (Never used it) You Can Test By YourSelf Tho.

For The "Ordered List Its The Same Thing"

The "Insert A Line Break" Is To Simply Seperate Your Text

The "Quote" Is To Quote Other Peoples Text (When There Is Alot Of Convo In A Topic.

The "Code" Is To Seperate The (Code) For A Server Or W/e Beside Writing Them And The Guy Gotta Find Them.

The "IMG" Is To Show Pics Without Seeing The Link.. Like Show You An Example.

The "Insert Flash" Is To Make Your Link The Size,Weight You Want.

Well You Gotta Simply Click It And Enter Your (Youtube, Dailymotion) Link
